Early years

Kelly’s hometown is nearby in Merritt, BC, a mere 45 minutes south where he spent his childhood. Here he enjoyed the outdoors and unique topography in a variety of ways.  And it’s here that his love for this area grew.  After going to school at Thompson Rivers University, he was ready to move back to the region from the north in 2000.  It’s from his time in the Rockies that he grew to love landscape photography. And so it was only natural that he would transfer those skills as a Kamloops and Sun Peaks photographer into his business, turning the region into a studio.  A large percentage of his work is accomplished in and around Kamloops, so over the years he’s come to be very familiar with its nuances; it is stunning to say the least.  To see more regional stock images from an overhead perspective, go here
